1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of tarabtronic.com, including our demo submission form and the Tarabtronic Talent Pool. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using our website

• Use the website lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not upload anything that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not use bots, scripts, multiple identities or any other method to manipulate likes, charts or forms.
• Do not try to disrupt, hack or overload the website.

We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

3. Demo submissions

• You confirm that the music you send is your own original work, that it is unreleased, and that you own or control all rights to it, including any samples.
• Sending a demo does not transfer any rights to Tarabtronic and does not create any agreement or obligation between you and us. Any release will only happen under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
• We may not be able to reply to every submission.
• We receive a lot of music and work with many artists. If we release music that sounds similar to something you sent, that does not mean your demo was used.
• Please keep your own copies of everything you send.

4. Talent Pool

Eligibility and approval

Anyone making electronic music can upload to the Talent Pool for free. Every upload is reviewed before it is published, and we may decline, unpublish or remove any track at our discretion, for example if it breaks these terms or appears to infringe someone’s rights.

Your rights and the permission you give us

You keep full ownership of your music. By uploading, you give Tarabtronic a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, stream and display your track, artist name, track title and cover art in the Talent Pool on tarabtronic.com, and to let visitors share links to your track page. This permission ends when your track is removed.

Removal

You can ask us to remove your track at any time by emailing hello@tarabtronic.com from the email address you used to upload it.

Likes and charts

Charts are based on likes from visitors, and each visitor can like a track once. We may remove likes or tracks where we detect manipulation. Chart positions are for fun and discovery: a high position does not guarantee a review, a reply or a record deal, and there is no payment for streams in the Talent Pool.

5. Our content

The Tarabtronic name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by or licensed to Tarabtronic. Please do not copy or use them without our permission, except for sharing links to our pages.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, email hello@tarabtronic.com with a link to the content, details of your work and your contact information. We will review the request and remove content where appropriate.

7. Signed artists

Artists signed to Tarabtronic are also covered by their own written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the signed agreement applies. The artist portal at artists.tarabtronic.com may have its own terms.

8. No warranties and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Tarabtronic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including lost or damaged files you submit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
