1. Who can submit
You must be at least 18 years old and the creator of the music, or authorised by all its creators to submit it.
2. How to submit
- Demos are accepted only through the Submit Demo form on tarabtronic.com. Demos sent by email, direct message or other channels may not be reviewed.
- Send a private streaming link, and optionally an MP3 file.
- One demo per artist per month.
- Only unreleased electronic music that you own or have full permission to use.
3. Tarabtronic never charges fees
We never ask for money to review, sign, release or promote your music. Anyone asking for payment in our name is not us. Please report it to support@tarabtronic.com.
4. What happens next
- We listen to every eligible demo, but we are not obliged to accept or give detailed feedback.
- You will receive an email with our decision. A “not accepted” decision is about fit and timing, not your worth as an artist, and you are welcome to submit a new demo the following month.
- An acceptance email is an invitation to start the onboarding steps. There is no deal until a written artist agreement is signed by both sides.
5. Checks we run
We may check demos with audio recognition technology to confirm they do not match existing recordings. Demos that copy other people’s work are rejected, and may lead to a ban from submitting.
6. Your rights and our use
- You keep all rights in your demo. We use it only to review it, and we do not publish, share or release it without a signed agreement.
- Our team may listen to it and share it privately with the Label’s A&R advisers for review.
- Many artists make music with similar ideas, styles, sounds or titles. Receiving your demo does not stop the Label from releasing other music that may be similar, provided it was created independently and does not copy your work.
7. Data
We keep demo submissions for up to 12 months after our decision, then delete them unless you are signed. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
