AI and
authenticity policy

Tarabtronic supports real artists. This policy explains how artificial intelligence (AI) may and may not be used in music submitted to the Talent Pool, sent as a demo, or released by the Label.

1. Allowed with disclosure

AI tools used as instruments or helpers are allowed if the artist makes the creative decisions and discloses the use, for example: AI-assisted mixing or mastering, stem separation of your own material, sound design tools, or AI-generated sounds that you arrange and produce yourself.

2. Not allowed

  • Tracks generated wholly or mainly by an AI music generator from a text prompt, unless the Label has agreed in writing before delivery.
  • Cloning or imitating the voice, name or style-identifiable likeness of a real artist or person without their written permission.
  • Using AI output from any tool whose terms do not give you the right to release the output commercially and claim it through content identification.
  • Presenting AI-generated vocals or performers as real people in a misleading way.

3. Disclosure

When you deliver a recording to the Label, you must declare whether AI was used and how. If you upload to the Talent Pool or send a demo, we may ask you the same. The Label may label releases as required by digital services or by law (for example transparency rules for AI-generated content).

4. Proof

The Label may ask for project files, stems, or tool account records to confirm how a track was made. Failure to provide them, or a false declaration, may lead to a warning, rejection, takedown or the end of an agreement.

5. Changes

AI laws and platform rules change quickly. We will update this policy when they do.
