Your name, artist or project name, email address, country, genre, track title, streaming links, uploaded audio files, social media links and any message you include.

When you like a track, we store a random identifier in your browser’s local storage and a one-way encrypted fingerprint on our server so each person can like a track only once. We also use your IP address for a short time to prevent abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.
Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and how you arrived at our website. For example, we may use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used (see Google’s privacy policy).
We do not send marketing newsletters unless you have clearly agreed to receive them.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the website to work, to remember your Talent Pool likes, and for analytics. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, although some features may not work properly as a result.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through our forms.
Our website is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before submitting music or personal information.
Our service providers may store or process information in countries outside Kuwait. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information remains protected.
