Music Release Agreement
Please read the following Music Release Agreement carefully. By checking the box below, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement is between you (the “Submitter”) and Tarabtronic.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Grant of Rights: The Submitter grants Tarabtronic the exclusive/non-exclusive rights to distribute and make available the submitted musical work(s) (the “Content”) worldwide on various music platforms, including streaming services and digital download stores.
2. Ownership and Rights: The Submitter confirms that they own or control all necessary rights, including copyright, in and to the Content and that the Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Royalties and Compensation: Compensation details, including royalties and revenue sharing, will be communicated separately or outlined in a separate agreement.
4. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party with written notice.
5. Representations and Warranties: The Submitter represents and warrants that they have full authority to enter into this Agreement and that the Content provided for distribution is original, does not violate any copyrights, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
6. Indemnification: The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold Tarabtronic harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of any breach of this Agreement or infringement of third-party rights.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
9. Modification: This Agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
